2019 Summer Music Camp
One of the greatest opportunities offered at the Jacksonville School of Music is our Summer Music Camp! These 1- and 2-week camps are open to any student who will be entering grades 1-6 in the coming school year.
Each camp is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 am - 2:00 pm. On-site extended care is available for those in need of early arrival and/or late pick-up.
Our campers' days are filled with music-related games and activities, arts & crafts, theory and rhythm, and group lessons on instruments of their choice! Group lessons are offered on drums, guitar, strings, vocal, and piano!
Our 2019 camps begin on June XX and run through July XX. Space is limited so contact us today for more information or to register.

Camp Facts
The camp cost is $TBD per week, plus a $TBD supply fee.
This pricing does not include before or after care. Please let us know if you need before and/or after care and we can help you arrange coverage. Aftercare is provided by Dance Mania and is offered onsite, without leaving our plaza!
Arrival Time:
Unless you have made arrangements for early care, our camp begins at 9:30 am. You may drop your camper off at 9:25 am or later. No early arrivals, please.
Pick-Up Time:
Unless you have made arrangements for aftercare, our camp ends at 2:00 pm. Our private music lessons begin at 3:00 pm and we need time to disassemble camp and prepare for lessons. Students picked up more than 5 minutes after 2:00 pm will be charged $1 per minute for the time from 2:00 pm until they are picked up.
Music Modules:
Each camper will choose 3 small-group lessons from the following 5 options:

11:00 - 11:30 Music Theory Made Fun
11:30 - 12:00 Lunch (bring bag lunch due to allergies) & Break Time
12:00 - 2:00 Music Modules - 40 Minutes Each
12:00 - 12:40 Small Group Lesson - Choice #1
12:40 - 1:20 Small Group Lesson - Choice #2
1:20 - 2:00 Small Group Lesson - Choice #3
