Bridget Metzger - Piano, Violin
Bridget Metzger grew up in a household full of music with her mom being a music instructor and all her siblings playing various instruments. At just five years old, Bridget began playing the piano and taking formal lessons. On her eighth birthday, Bridget was given a violin, fell in love, and has been playing ever since. She began teaching both violin and piano in 2017 and has a passion for helping her students’ progress and cultivate their own love for music.
In the last five years, Bridget has participated in many ensembles, accompanied choirs, and played for various weddings. Because of her diverse history with music performance, she is well versed in many different genres of music, with a specialty in classical music notation and reading.
“I love teaching because it is so fulfilling to see my students progressing and feeling confident in expressing themselves through the music they’re playing.”
