Clement Dutheil - Tuba, Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium, French Horn
Clement is a multi-instrumentalist in the Jacksonville area originally from Central Florida. His speciality is in Tuba but has studied and performed on Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium and French Horn.
Clement’s biggest notoriety comes from performing with The University of North Florida’s Jazz Ensemble One for the past three years. With this group he has performed at The Mid-West Clinic in Chicago as well as The Florida Music Educators Association Conference held annually in Tampa. Clement was also a performing artist in The Holiday Hills Band in Busch Gardens.
Last year, Clement had the chance to return to his native country of France to perform and teach with The UNF Brass Quintet. Clement was a finalist in the 2018 South Eastern Tuba Conference Orchestral audition. Currently Clement is a Senior Music student at The University of North Florida.
His focus is on Classical Tuba performance. After finishing up his Bachelors degree Clement plans to continue his education and receive his Masters and Doctoral degrees.
