Michael Havens, Guitar

Michael started playing guitar when he was 12 years old and continued playing throughout middle and high school, performing in different groups and at his local church. He developed a passion for the guitar and decided to study music in college.  He is currently pursuing a music degree in jazz studies at the University of North Florida.  

​"As a music student, I have the opportunity to play with great musicians almost every day and learn from them. Some of my greatest moments as an artist have been spent collaborating with other musicians and performing with them. I try to apply everything I have learned to my students and try to give them the best method to achieve success. I love sharing my knowledge of music with my students.  It is a very rewarding experience to pass on my experience to the younger generation.”
